Online Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 day of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Store credits have a 3 month expiry (from date of issue)
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a refund
  • Items fitted with lenses cannot be refunded
  • Items bought online can be returned instore or via post at customers expense
  • Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments
  • We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels
  • Please contact the store before returning an item to obtain a return code

Faulty Items

  • Returns will be accepted on faulty items within a reasonable timeframe
  • All items have a 1 year warranty for manufacturing faults
  • Please be advised that items will need to  be assessed by management before a refund is issued


  • $20 flat rate within Australia
  • $50 flat rate internationally
  • If you would like to add insurance to your shipping to cover any lost, stolen or damaged items, please contact us to arrange.
