Terms and conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 day of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Store credits have a 3 month expiry (from date of issue)
- Items must be in original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a refund
- Items fitted with lenses cannot be refunded
- Items bought online can be returned instore or via post at customers expense
- Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments
- We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels
- Please contact the store before returning an item to obtain a return code
- Returns will be accepted on faulty items within a reasonable timeframe
- All items have a 1 year warranty for manufacturing faults
- Please be advised that items will need to be assessed by management before a refund is issued
- $20 flat rate within Australia
- $50 flat rate internationally
- If you would like to add insurance to your shipping to cover any lost, stolen or damaged items, please contact us to arrange.
